An app critique is a professional review of the visual design, interaction design, and usability of an app or part of an app. It’s used for finding problems and ways to fix them. You can think of it like a check-up for your product.
How does the process work?
Once you purchase a critique, we’ll email you within 24 hours to start the process. We’ll just need a list of the screens or flows that you’d like us to review and either screenshots of your app or access to a test account with pre-populated data. Our senior design staff will review your app, identify key issues, and make recommendations for how to fix them.
How are the critique findings delivered?
Depending on the critique package you choose, you’ll receive a Figma file, Loom video, and report document outlining our findings. If you choose the Premium package, you’ll also get 1 hour with our team to review the findings and ask any questions you have.
What types of products can be critiqued?
Any product, really. We’ve critiqued, designed, and built all sorts of websites and apps for a wide range of industries, and good UX principles apply to them all. You can send us a live app, a prototype, or even a Figma file.
